The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC), June 19 through July 9.

• Luis Reyes, 44, of Opa Locka, was arrested June 19, by Deputy H. Ramirez Garcia and charged with felony driving while driver’s license suspended, failure to register motor vehicle, and resisting arrest without violence.

• 17-year-old male, of Immokalee, was arrested June 20 by Deputy V. Ramos and charged with burglary, use of 2-way communications to commit a felony, armed robbery, grand theft, and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

• Carlos Diaz Morales, 29, of LaBelle, was arrested June 20 by Detective Sgt. R. Krasinskas and charged with grand theft.

• Charles Cypress, 31, of Clewiston, was arrested June 21 by Deputy A. Bell with two counts of felony probation violation.

• Amy Lee Hernandez, 34, of Immokalee, was arrested June 21 by Deputy H. Carranza and charged with possession of cocaine, failure to register motor vehicle, and drive motorcycle racing on highway.

• Pedro Munoz-Heras, 53, of West Palm Beach, was arrested June 23 by Cpl. K. Barrientos and charged with DUI and failure to register motor vehicle.

• Tavaris Holland, 31, of Clewiston, was arrested June 23 by Deputy J. Goldberg and charged with child neglect and battery.

• Lee Odom, 35, of Clewiston, was arrested June 23 by Deputy L. Rodriguez and charged with possession of controlled substance, possession of marijuana under 20/grams, resist arrest without violence and threat with deadly serious bodily injury.

• Raquel Pelaez, 62, of Clewiston, was arrested June 24 by Deputy B. Davis and charged with battery and aggravated animal cruelty.

• Eliseo Garcia Zunin, 30, of LaBelle, was arrested June 26 by Deputy M. Kinney and charged with aggravated battery.

• Jennifer St. Hilaire, 40, of LaBelle, was arrested June 26 by Deputy J. Castro for three counts of felony probation violation.

• Curtis Rushing, 18, of Clewiston, was arrested June 27 by Cpl. S. Rivera and charged with fleeing and eluding law enforcement.

• Felipe Rivas, 42, of LaBelle, was arrested June 27 by Deputy M. Aguirre and charged with grand theft.

• Brinton Artiviergonzalez Ingram, 38, of Clewiston, was arrested June 27 by Sgt. J. Nunemaker and charged with Burglary of unoccupied dwelling, petit theft, resist without violence, and felony probation violation.

• Carmen Carter, 22, of Okeechobee, was arrested June 29 by Deputy M. Kinney and charged with felony failure to appear.

• Stanley Daniels, 54, of Clewiston, was arrested June 30 by Detective Sgt. E. Morgan and charged with firing a deadly weapon into a vehicle or building, firing a weapon in public, improper exhibition of a firearm, and possession of a weapon by a Fla. convicted felon.

• Carranza Lopez Frediz, 56, of Miami, was arrested July 1 by Sgt. D. McNeil and charged with DUI.

• Raul Gil, 33, of LaBelle, was arrested July 3 by Deputy J. Escobedo and charged with felony probation violation.

• Phoenix Pattison-Hall, 28, of Clewiston, was arrested July 3 by Deputy J. Escobedo and charged with felony probation violation.

• Jarren Beasley, 27, of Clewiston, was arrested July 3 by Deputy J. Escobedo and charged with felony probation violation

• Brittany Barney, 37, of Moore Haven, was arrested July 3 by Deputy T. Williams and charged with possession of methamphetamine, and felony probation violation.

• Eduardo Cardenas Guillen, 34, of Clewiston, was arrested July 6 by Deputy H. Carranza and charged with motor vehicle theft.

• Michelle Herring, 36, of LaBelle, was arrested July 4 by Deputy J. Escobedo and charged with possession of controlled substance without prescription, possession of drug equipment, and petit theft.

• Michael Rosas, 32, of Lehigh Acres, was arrested July 4 by Deputy T. Williams and charged with burglary of occupied dwelling, and resisting officer without violence.

• Steve Pennington, 68, of Delton, was arrested July 5 by Deputy A. Bell and charged with possession of ammunition by a Fla. convicted felon.

• Homero Olivarez, III, 38, LaBelle was arrested July 5 by Deputy A. Bell and charged with felony probation violation.

• Tearria Flennory, 30, of South Bay, was arrested July 5 by Deputy B. Barrira and charged with grand theft motor vehicle, and driving while driver’s license suspended/revoked.

• 16-year-old, of Lehigh Acres, was arrested July 6 by Cpl. M. Afonso and charged with felony probation, fleeing and eluding, motor vehicle theft, possession of burglary tools with intent to use, and driving while license suspended/revoked.

• 15-year-old male, of Lehigh Acres, was arrested July 6 by Cpl. M. Afonso and charged with possession of burglary tools with intent to use.

• Ivalissa Vagas, 35, of Ft. Myers was arrested July 9 by Deputy D. Givans and charged with felony probation violation.
