The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC), Sept. 18 through Oct. 1.

• Jullian Griffin, 40, of LaBelle, was arrested Sept. 18 by Cpl. M. Afonso and charged with possession of cocaine.

• Smiley Hendry, 57, of Moore Haven, was arrested Sept. 18 by Deputy J. Escobedo and charged with felony probation violation.

• Timothy Dean, 47, of Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 19 by Deputy O. Gonzalez and charged with possession of controlled substance without prescription and possession of drug equipment.

• Don Foligno, 39, of Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 19 by Sgt. L. Hernandez on a felony outstanding warrant.

• Luis Leon, 52, of Opa Locka, was arrested Sept. 19 by Deputy O. Gonzalez and charged with cocaine possession.

• Ivan Acanda, 50, of Key West, was arrested Sept. 19 by Deputy O. Gonzalez and charged with cocaine possession, driving while license suspended/revoked second of subsequent offense.

• Ernesto Napoles, 46, of Ft. Lauderdale, was arrested Sept. 19 by Deputy O. Gonzalez and charged with cocaine possession.

• Nicholas Lopez, 28, of Immokalee, was arrested Sept. 20 by Deputy D. Givans and charged with felony probation violation.

• Francisco Rico, 42, of LaBelle, was arrested Sept. 21 by Cpl. L. Drew and charged with DUI and felony probation violation

• Nicholas Lopez, 28, of Immokalee, was arrested Sept. 22 by Deputy J. Escobedo and charged with felony failure to appear.

• Jarod Theophile, 33, of Rivera Beach, was arrested Sept. 23 by Deputy O. Gonzalez and charged with felon probation violation and possession of marijuana.

• Reynaldo Marin, 38, of LaBelle, was arrested Sept. 23 by Sgt. L. Dominguez and charged with DUI and flee and eluding at high speed.

• Jesus Marrero, 63, of Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 24 by Deputy O. Gonzalez and charged with felony probation violation indecent exposure and felony out of county warrant.

• Roderick Talbert, Jr., 31, of LaBelle, was arrested Sept. 24 by Det. C. Geraci and charged with smuggling contraband into detention facility.

• Arthur Rowell, 36, of Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 24 by Detective C. Geraci and charged with smuggling contraband into detention facility and sale of heroine.

• Israel Salomon, 23, of Miami Gardens, was arrested Sept. 27 by Cpl. L. Drew and charged with possession of marijuana over 20 grams and possession of drug equipment.

• Curtis Davis, 38, of Pahokee, was arrested Sept. 27 by Deputy S. Rivera and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked – habitual offender.

• Rodney Phillips, 31, of Port St. Lucie, was arrested Sept. 27 by Deputy J. Escobedo and charged with felony probation violation.

• Josue Modesto Alvarez, 32, of Canal Point, was arrested Sept. 27 by Deputy S. Rivera and charged with felony probation violation.

• Yordany Rodriguez, 42, of Marathon, was arrested Sept. 28 by Deputy Ramirez-Garcia and charged with fleeing and eluding, possession of counterfeit bills, petit theft, fraud – giving false ID to law enforcement, hit and run, resisting officer without violence, felony probation violation and felony out of county warrant.

• Stephanie McCann, 51, of Englewood, was arrested Sept. 29 by Deputy H. Ramirez-Garcia and charged with DUI, DUI-4th or subsequent offense, driving while license suspended/revoked third violation.

• Adrian Nixon, 31, of West Palm Beach, was arrested Sept. 29 by Deputy H. Carranza on outstanding warrants for homicide/negligent manslaughter, robbery with a firearm and burglary with assault and battery.

• James Griffin, 41, of Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 29 by Deputy L. Rodriguez and charged with two counts of grand theft, battery, battery on law enforcement officer and resisting officer without violation and possession of drug equipment.

• Nicole Alcantara Martinez, 41, of Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 30 by Cpl. L. Drew and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine and resisting officer without violence.

• David Stanton, Jr., 40, of LaBelle, was arrested Sept. 30 by Deputy H. Carranza and charged with felony probation violation.

• Madison Rudd, 28, of Moore Haven, was arrested Sept. 30 by Deputy J. Keith and charged with grand theft of motor vehicle.

• Nelson Duardo Oliva, 61, of LaBelle, was arrested Sept. 30 by Deputy A. Bell and charged with possession of cocaine.

• Samantha Aparicio, 34, of LaBelle, was arrested Oct. 1 by Sgt. M. White and charged with trespassing, harvest endangered plant without permit and grand theft.
