The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC), Jan. 1 through Jan. 7.

• Angel Rosales, 27, Lehigh Acres, was arrested on January 1, by Deputy Sheriff J. Goldberg on charges of DUI and refusal to submit.

• Michael Lee Morris, 45, LaBelle, was arrested on Jan. 1, by Sgt. J. Olvera on charges of aggravated assault with intent to commit felony.

• Wykerra Denice Gilkes, 29, Clewiston, was arrested on Jan. 1, by Deputy Sheriff B. Dibernardino on charges of possession of methamphetamine and trespassing.

• 15-year-old, male, was arrested on Jan. 1, by Deputy Sheriff B. Barrira on charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and battery.

• Joe Albert Morris, Jr., 31, LaBelle, was arrested on Jan. 3, by Deputy Sheriff B. Dibernardino on charges of possession of a firearm by a Florida convicted felony, possession of marijuana and possession of drug equipment.

• Wesley William Gray, 35, Moore Haven, was arrested on Jan. 3, by Deputy Sheriff J. Escobedo on charges of felony probation violation.

• Andrew Lee Pouncy, 33, Clewiston, was arrested on Jan. 3, by Deputy Sheriff D. Givans on charges of felony probation violation and felony failure to appear.

• Jose Emilio Cristobal, 46, Clewiston, was arrested on Jan. 4, by Deputy Sheriff K. Barrientos on charges of DUI and DUI with a person under 18 years of age in the vehicle.

• Dustin Patrick Moomau, 36, Olathe, KS, was arrested on Jan. 4, by Deputy Sheriff K. Busin on out of state fugitive charges.

• Harrison Bradley Cunningham, 26, LaBelle, was arrested on Jan. 4, by Deputy Sheriff I. Rodriguez on charges of felony stalking.

• Jose Guadalupe Yanes, 21, Clewiston, was arrested on Jan. 5, by Deputy Sheriff E. Atkinson on two counts of felony probation violation.

• Crystal Ramirez, 32, LaBelle, was arrested on Jan. 6, by Deputy Sheriff I. Cadena on charges of vehicle theft, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to register motor vehicle and attached tag not assigned.
