Hendry County Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC), Jan. 15 through Jan. 21.

• Dalton James Thomas Henderson, 24, North Ft. Myers, was arrested on Jan. 15, by Deputy Sheriff I. Rodriguez on charges of DUI.

• 17-year-old male, LaBelle, was arrested on Jan. 16, by Deputy Sheriff E. Vasquez on charges of felony battery.

• Brandhi Latrice Shaw, 38, Clewiston, was arrested on Jan. 17, by Deputy Sheriff D. Coronilla on charges of felony fraud and grand theft.

• Bartolo Jimenez, 50, LaBelle, was arrested on Jan. 18, by Deputy Sheriff D. Givans for outstanding felony warrant.

• William Grace, IV, 37, Clewiston, was arrested on Jan. 18, by Cpl. S. Rivera on felony probation violation.

• Rachael Lee Haines, 33, Ft. Myers, was arrested on Jan. 19, by Deputy Sheriff D. Givans on two counts of felony violation of probation.

• LeMorris Jacoby Davis, 36, Clewiston, was arrested on Jan. 20, by Cpl. L. Rodriguez on charges of possession of drug equipment, obstruction without violence, possession of controlled substance without a prescription and tampering with evidence.

• Bryan Alexander Laing, 39, Dallas, Texas, Jan. 21, was arrested by Cpl. B. Davis on charges of motor vehicle theft.
