The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), and the Department of Corrections (DOC), March 25 through March 31.

• Jeffrey Brown, 24, LaBelle, was arrested March 25 by HCSO Det. L. Whelpley and charged with sexual assault on victim under the age of 12.

• Delaney Robinson, 29, LaBelle, was arrested March 25 by HCSO Sgt. C. Geraci and charged with battery on LEO.

• Robert Strasburg, 35, LaBelle, was arrested March 25 by HCSO Sgt. C. Geraci and charged with DUI and obstruction without violence.

• Edgar Barrios, 36, LaBelle, was arrested March 25 by HCSO Deputy G. Willis and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic paraphernalia and indecent exposure.

• Marcus Hardy, 29, South Bay was arrested March 25 by HCSO Deputy D. Givans and charged with felony failure to appear.

• A 10-year-old male, Clewiston, was arrested March 25 by HCSO Deputy W. Vargas and charged with threats by intimidation.

• Ralph Jerome Garvin, 46, LaBelle, was arrested March 26 by HCSO Deputy S. Monteiro and charged with grand theft of motor vehicle, grand theft, driving while license suspended and petit theft.

• Anthony Raymond Kats, 37, LaBelle, was arrested March 27 by HCSO Deputy B. Dibernardino and charged with possession of controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• A 10-year-old male, LaBelle, was arrested March 27 by HCSO Det. K. Rosado and charged with purchase of firearm by minor, possession of firearm on school property, possession of marijuana over 20 grams and unlawful possession of firearm by a minor.

• 10-year-old male, LaBelle, was arrested March 27 by HCSO Det. K. Rosado and charged with sale of firearm by minor, possession of firearm on school property, theft of a firearm and unlawful possession of firearm by a minor.

• Ane Lang, 41, Alva, was arrested March 27 by Deputy HCSO D. Givans and charged with felony failure to appear.

• Anthony Cortez Dotson, 32, Clewiston, was arrested March 27 by HCSO Sheriff J. Windham and charged with felony failure to appear and possession of synthetic marijuana.

• Rashuan Jim, 28, Miami, was arrested March 28 by HCSO Deputy K. Barrientos and charged with possession of cocaine and possession of synthetic marijuana.

• A 12-year-old male, Clewiston, was arrested March 28 by HCSO Deputy C. Thimothee and charged with battery on school official, felony criminal mischief and obstruction without violence.

• Ricot Exdcellent, 37, Orlando, was arrested March 28 by HCSO Deputy D. Givans and charged with felony failure to appear.

• Stephen Billings, 32, Clewiston, was arrested March 28 by HCSO Sheriff D. Coronilla and charged with possession of a concealed firearm by convicted felon, tampering with evidence and possession of a concealed weapon by convicted felon.

• Danielle Williams, 31, Clewiston, was arrested March 29 by HCSO Deputy O. Gonzalez and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Robert Robbins, 61, LaBelle, was arrested March 29 by HCSO Deputy O. Gonzalez and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Kimberly Casten, 47, LaBelle, was arrested March 29 by HCSO Cpl. L. Drew and charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Jessie Stephens, Jr., 28, LaBelle, was arrested March 30 by HCSO Deputy B. Barrira and charged with failure to comply with sex offender registration laws and contempt of court.

• Javier Fundora, 30, Clewiston, was arrested March 30 by HCSO K9 Deputy L. Dominguez and charged with felony failure to appear

• Yoandry Primella Rivas, 39, Clewiston, was arrested March 30 by HCSO Deputy Sheriff B. Dibernardino and charged with battery on LEO, resist arrest with violence, deprived means of protection/communication, touch/strike to harm police animal, false ID given to LEO and misuse of 911.

• Javier Martaines, 32, Tampa, was arrested March 30 by Ag. Deputy B. Maynard, Jr. and charged with possession of cocaine and no valid DL.
