The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) during the period from Aug. 29 to Sept. 4.

• Alvin Hargrove, 60, of LaBelle, was arrested Aug. 29, by Sgt. Hester and was charged with larceny.

• Rachel Steiner Saba, 51, of Clewiston, was arrested Aug. 29 by Sgt. Dominguez and charged with battery on person 65 years of age or older.

• Jackie Johnson, 64, of Clewiston, was arrested Aug. 30 by Cpl. Drew and charged with failure to appear.

• Horace Washington, 22, of Clewiston, was arrested Aug. 30 by Deputy Earl and charged with aggravated assault.

• Dennis Graham, 60, of LaBelle, was arrested Aug. 30 by Deputy Earl and charged with probation violation.

• Steven Olmeda, 19, of Clewiston, was arrested Aug. 30 by Cpl. Drew and charged as an out of state fugitive.

• Jimmy Wagner, 51, of Moore Haven, was arrested Aug. 30 by Deputy Coronilla and charged with possession of methamphetamine.

• Derrick Rednour, 20, of LaBelle, was arrested Aug. 31 by Sgt. Scelfo and charged with fleeing and/or eluding LEO.

• Yacser Morales-Alejo, 40, of Hialeah, was arrested Aug. 31 by Deputy Rosado and charged with probation violation.

• Larry Brown, Jr., 35, of LaBelle, was arrested Aug. 31 by Deputy Eldridge and charged with probation violation.

• Roberto Acosta, 53, of Coral Gables, was arrested Aug. 31 by Cpl. Drew and charged with DUI.

• Kenneth Robinson, Sr., 30 of Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 1 by Sgt. McNeil and charged with probation violation.

• Jaymel Jackson, 26, of Leigh Acres, was arrested Sept. 1 by Sgt. Olvera and charged with larceny.

• Jimmy Wagner, 51, of Moore Haven, was arrested Sept. 1 by Det. Bustamante and charged with larceny and burglary.

• William Ferrer, 20, of LaBelle, was arrested on Sept. 1 by Deputy Earl and charged with resisting LEO, false ID given to LEO, possession of methamphetamine, probation violation and possession of harmful new legend drug without prescription.

• Issac Polanco, 18, of LaBelle, was arrested Sept. 3 by Deputy Coronilla and charged with DUI.

• Victorino Flores Martinez, 41, of Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 3 by Cpl. Drew and charged with DUI and operating motor vehicle without valid license.

• Ralph Garvin, 45, of LaBelle, was arrested Sept. 3 by Deputy Foreman and charged with resisting LEO, larceny and possession of cocaine.

• Reyes Cruz-Figueroa, 39, of Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 3 by Cpl. Drew and charged with DUI and driving with suspended/revoked license.

• Dominic Nealy, 32, of LaBelle, was arrested Sept. 4 by Sgt. Scelfo and charged with cruelty toward child, aggravated battery and three counts of aggravated assault.

• Josue Munguia, 46, of Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 4 by Deputy Rivera and charged with domestic battery by strangulation and domestic battery touch or strike.

• Alyssa Lopez, 18, of Lehigh Acres, was arrested on Sept. 4 by Sgt. Krasinskas and charged with larceny.

• Christopher Taylor, 39, of LaBelle, was arrested Sept. 4 by Deputy Ramriez Garcia and charged with aggravated battery, obstructing justice and larceny.

• Dylan Biddle, 18, of LaBelle, was arrested Sept. 4 by Deputy Coronilla and charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle.

• Ro’eissa Moore, 28, of Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 4 by Cpl. Drew and charged with aggravated battery.
