The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) during the period from Dec. 19 to Dec. 25.

• Javier Ramirez, 41, of Clewiston, was arrested Dec. 19 by Deputy Gulliford-Green and charged with failure to appear.

• Julius Taylor, III, 35, of Clewiston, was arrested Dec. 19 by Gulliford-Green and charged with fraud and larceny.

• Jose Torres Pozo, 65, of Hialeah, was arrested Dec. 21 by Deputy Goldberg and charged with failure to appear.

• Derick Rock, 20, of Hialeah, was arrested Dec. 21 by Deputy Goldberg and charged with probation violation.

• Victor Perez Figueroa, 34, of LaBelle, was arrested Dec. 22 by Sgt. Hull and charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, hit and run and resisting LEO.

• Johntaurus Johnson, 21, of Clewiston, was arrested Dec. 22 by Detective Geraci and charged with aggravated assault, home invasion with weapon, larceny and burglary.

• Johntaurus Johnson, 21, of Clewiston, was arrested Dec. 22 by Deputy Barrientos and charged with possession of cocaine and smuggling contraband into a detention facility.

• Julian Madrid, 37, of Clewiston, was arrested Dec. 22 by Deputy George and charged with failure to appear.

• Samantha Almeida, 33, of Clewiston, was arrested Dec. 23 by Deputy Gonzalez and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug equipment.

• Johntaurus Johnson, 21, of Clewiston, was arrested Dec. 23 by Deputy George and charged with probation violation.

• Leonardo Garcia Ayala, 43, of Clewiston, was arrested Dec. 23 by Cpl. Drew and charged with possession of cocaine.

• Martin Gonzalez, Jr., 41, of LaBelle, was arrested on Dec. 24 by Sgt. Hernandez and charged with failure to appear and probation violation.

• Corazon Morales, 23, of LaBelle, was arrested Dec. 24 by Deputy Rodriguez and charged with DUI and driving without a valid license.
