CLEWISTON – The Hendry County Fair, set for Feb. 9-13, is expected to draw crowds this week to the fairgrounds at 710 S. Francisco Street in Clewiston. The fair attracted 13,000 visitors in 2021. Belle City Amusements is back with exciting rides.
Gate admission is $5. At the entrance, the exhibit hall will feature a selection of booths showcasing local businesses and organizations.
On Wednesday, Feb. 9, the fair opens at 6:30 p.m. and closes at 11 p.m. The Market Hog Show is at 7 p.m.
On Thursday, Feb. 10, the fair opens at 6:30 p.m. and closes at 11 p.m. The Pee Wee Beef Show is at 7 p.m. The Market Steer and Beef Breeding Show is at 7 p.m. The Miss Hendry County Pageant is at 7:30 p.m.
On Friday, Feb. 11, the fair opens at 6:30 p.m. and closes at 1 a.m. on Feb. 12. Friday is the Youth Livestock Sale Day and Midnight Madness on the midway.
On Saturday, Feb. 12, the fair opens at 2 p.m. and closes at 11 p.m. The Little Miss Hendry County Pageant is at 3 p.m. The Miss Hendry County Pageant is at 7:30 p.m.
On Sunday, Feb. 13, the fair opens at 2 p.m. and closes at 11 p.m. Sunday admission is free.
