LABELLE -- Saturday, Feb. 24 was a beautiful day for the 2024 Swamp Cabbage Parade. The festival continued Sunday, Feb. 25 in Barron Park.
Festival parade winners were:
• Business Organization: Phillips AC & Heating Services,
• Civic/Non-Profit Organization: Hendry County Workforce Development,
• Faith Based: Christ Central,
• Marching Band: LaBelle High School Marching Band,,
• Good Neighbor (Entries from outside of Hendry County) with the theme: Bayshore Cloggers,
• Good Neigbhor without the theme: Seniors of Moore Haven,
• Retirement Community: Grandma's Grove,
• Youth/Family: LHS SWAT Club,
• Best Overall: LaBelle High School FFA.
