LaBelle Middle School National Junior Honor Society busy

LABELLE -- The November National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) meeting was a huge success! The students are working on various service projects to help the community! Mark your calendar-the 2024 Induction ceremony will take place Thursday, Jan. 25 at 6pm in the LMS cafeteria. Invitation letters to new members who meet the criteria will be sent out in early January.
 
The NJHS Induction guest speaker will be Dr. Locksley Knibbs who serves as the Lead Academic Advisor for Team Natural Sciences in the College of Arts & Sciences and the Water School at Florida Gulf Coast University. Dr. Knibbs also serves as the National Academic Advising Association (NACADA) Vice-President and has been a Board Member for a number of years.
