Hope Anew at Easter

Posted

“Lo I am with you always until the end of time.”

“God so loved the world...” (Not just some, but black, brown, red, yellow - even this old white fella).

The virus came in like a wolf in the fold;
What it did to man's faith was sad to behold,

But the pandemic hardships that we have endured
are beginning to ease, thank the Lord.

Do not despair, our rock is still there!
Let our hearts be hopeful as Easter is here.
Thank Jesus for dying for the sins of man,

Obedient to his father’s wondrous plan.

He, God’s son, on the cross did die
But was raised by his Father and ascended on high.
This miracle, His ascension, moves our hearts to praise and laud,
To put our faith in Jesus and give glory to almighty god.
