PALM BEACH COUNTY — The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade or South Bay.

• Murkeria Scarbrough, was arrested July 5 by PBSO and charged with aggravated battery - person uses a deadly weapon. Bond has not been set.

• Devonte Ward, was arrested July 6 by PBSO and charged with flee-elude police, and operating motor vehicle without valid license, and out of county warranty. Bond was set at $7,500.

• Rogelio Duran, Jr., was arrested July 7 by PBSO and charged with two counts of possession of counterfeited - payment instrument, uttering a forgery instrument, grand theft $750 less than $5,000, two counts of grand theft of motor vehicle, stolen property - organized dealing in stolen property, two counts of pass forged - altered instrument, two counts of petit theft from merchant, farmer or transit agency, fraud-swindle - obtain property under $20K, Bond set for $17,000.

• Harelle Dennard, was arrested July 8 by PBSO and charged with escape - prisoner escaped or attempted to escape, resisting officer - obstruct without violence, and out of state fugitive. Bond was set at $25,010.

• Shameara Porter, was arrested July 8 by PBSO and charged with fraud and or impersonate - for public aid $200 or more, and grand theft - $750 less than $5,000. Bond was set at $6,000.

• Jems Richemond, was arrested July 9 by PBSO and charged with cocaine possession with intent to sell, manufacture, deliver, etc. Schedule II; weapon offense - use display, etc. weapon during felony under indictment; and possession of weapon or ammo by convicted Fla. felon. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Jonathan Whitest, was arrested July 9 by PBSO and charged with burglary with assault or battery, simple assault - intentional threat to do violence, burglary - with assault or battery, and resist officer - obstruct without violence. Bond has not been set.

• Devonte Ward, was arrested July 11 by PBSO and charged with burlary of unoccupied dwelling unarmed, resisting officer - obstruct without violence. Bond was set at $1,000.

• Danny Tarver was arrested July 11 by PBSO and charged with burglary of unoccupied dwelling unarmed, and resisting office - obstruct without violence. Bond has not been set.

• Tommashoun Page was arrested July 11 by PBSO and charged with petit theft from merchant, farmer or transit agency 2+ prior convictions. Bond was set at $3,000.

• Tamisha Kelly was arrested July 11 by PBSO and charged with petit theft from merchant, farmer or transit agency 2+ prior convictions, and fraud and or impersonate - false ID given to LEO. Bond has not been set.
