The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade or South Bay.

• Delroy Brock was arrested April 3 by PBSO and charged with seven counts of burglary of unoccupied conveyance unarmed, four counts of possession of stolen credit or debit card, three counts of possession of a stolen credit card, and two counts unlawful possession of four or fewer personal identification. Bond set at $40,500.

• Kirk Kemm was arrested April 3 by PBSO, and charged with robbery - no firearm or weapon, and 2x trespassing, Bond set at $37,000.

• Douglicia Williams was arrested April 3 by PBSO and charged with two counts of failure to appear. Bond not set.

• Derrick Kirksey was arrest April 5 by PBSO and charged with counts of petit theft from merchant, farmer or transit agency, two or more prior convictions. Bond was set at $30,000.

• Lavaris Wade was arrested April 7 by PBSO and charged with grand theft of motor vehicle. Bond set at $5,000.

• Jacolby Tyler was arrested April 8 by PBSO and charged with murder first degree premeditated, and weapon offense - missile into dwelling, vehicle or building. Bond not set.

• Rood Tanis was arrested April 9 by PBSO and charged with murder first degree premeditated, and weapon offense - missile into dwelling, vehicle or building. Bond not set.

• Lewis Jatorrion was arrested April 3 by PBSO and charged with seven counts of burglary of unoccupied conveyance unarmed, three counts of possession of stolen credit cards, and three counts of unlawful possession of four or fewer personal identification. Bond set at 37,500.

• Brandon Moorer was arrested April 8 by PBSO and charged with murder first degree premeditated, and firing weapon in public or on residential property. Bond not set.

• Jermarion Tracey was arrested April 8 by PBSO and charged with aggravated assault with deadly weapon without intent to kill, battery by touch or strike, and probation violation. Bond not set.

• Ricardo Guzman was arrested April 9 by PBSO and charged with burglary of occupied structure unarmed, and petit theft from merchant, farmer or transit agency 2+ prior convictions. Bond set at $5,000.
