PALM BEACH COUNTY — The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade or South Bay.

• Wilfred Demezier was arrested Sept. 2 by PBSO and charged with battery on LEO, driving while license suspended/revoked equivalent status third subsequent violation, resisting officer without violence, and resisting officer with violence. Bond set at $10,000.

• John Charles was arrested Sept. 5 by PBSO and charged with intimidation - threaten LEO with death or serious bodily harm, battery by touch or strike, battery, commit domestic battery by strangulation, kidnap, obstructing justice, tampering with a witness, three counts of child neglect, cruelty toward child - abuse child without great bodily harm, aggravated battery on LEO officer, two counts of resisting officer without violence, two counts of battery on LEO officer, crimes against person - harm public servant or family, two counts of resisting LEO without violence, driving while license suspended habitual offender, simple assault on LEO, three counts contributing to delinquency of a minor, and battery by touch or strike. Bond has not been set.

• Ieshia Day was arrested Sept. 5 by PBSO and charged with fraud - illegal use of credits cards, larceny possession receive retain stolen credit or debit card, impersonate - use and possess ID of another person without consent, theft, and probation violation. Bond was set at $9,000.

• Harneshia Lee was arrested Aug. 31 by PBSO and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked, and resisting officer without violence. Bond was set at $3,000.

• Takeisha Walls was arrested Sept. 3 by PBSO and charged with aggravated assault with deadly weapon without intent to kill, and property damage. Bond was set at $4,000.
