PALM BEACH COUNTY — The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade or South Bay.

• Andrew Harold was arrested Sept. 8 by PBSO and charged with felony failure to appear. Bond was not set.

• Giovanni Lopez was arrested Sept. 8 by PBSO and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill. Bond was set at $15,000.

• Jeanmichelet Gedeon was arrested Sept. 10 by PBSO and charged with aggravated battery - offender knew or should have known victim pregnant. Bond has not been set.

• Brian Charlate was arrested Sept. 11 by PBSO and charged with battery - on person 65 years of age or older. Bond has not been set.

• Errin Pittman was arrested Sept. 9 by PBSO and charged with driving while license suspended or revoked third violation. Bond has not been set.
