PALM BEACH COUNTY — The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade or South Bay.

• John Charles was arrested Sept. 18 by PBSO and charged with driving while license suspended habitual offender. Bond set at $3,000.

• Isaiah Tyler was arrested Sept. 21 by PBSO and charged with carrying a concealed weapon - unlicensed firearm, two counts of weapon offense - under 18 unlawful possession of firearm subsequent offense, and two counts of aggravated assault with deadly weapon without intent to kill. Bond was set at $73,000.

• Bobby Freeman was arrested Sept. 22 by PBSO and charged with grand theft and probation violation. Bond was set at $3,000.

• Mohammad Chowdhury was arrested by PBSO and charged with battery by touch or strike. Bond has not been set.

• Douglicia Williams was arrested by PBSO and charged with three counts of larceny - coordinate others retail theft over $3,000.
