Palm Beach County Arrest Report for the Glades area

PALM BEACH COUNTY — The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade or South Bay.

• Niyoka Cime was arrested Dec. 9 by PBSO and charged with two counts of aggravated assault with deadly weapon without intent to kill. Bond has not been set.

• Kerson Milien was arrested Dec. 13 by PBSO and charged with sexual battery by 24 years of age to a victim 16 or 17 years of age. Bond was set at $25,000.

• Daniel Margarito was arrested Dec. 14 by PBSO and charged with two counts of property damage - criminal mischief over $200 under $1,000 previous conviction, and disorderly intoxication in public place causing disturbance. Bond has not been set.

• Michael Watson was arrested Dec. 15 by PBSO and charged with grand theft $750 less than $5,000, defraud operator of food lodging accommodation less than $1,000, and false ID given to LEO. Bond was set at $1,000.

• Patrick Ware was arrested Dec. 6 by PBSO and charged with burglary of unoccupied dwelling unarmed, and resisting officer - obstruct without violence. Bond has not been set.

• Arnold Lamar was arrested Dec. 17 by PBSO and charged with grand theft $750 less than $5,000, burglary of unoccupied conveyance unarmed, and criminal mischief property damage over $200 under $1,000. Bond was set at $6,000.

• Shaquille Barber was arrested Dec. 18 by PBSO and charged with domestic battery by strangulation, kidnap - false imprisonment of person; aggravated assault with deadly weapon without intent to kill; weapon offense - missile into dwelling, vehicle, building or aircraft; possession of weapon or ammo by convicted Fla. felon; two counts of aggravated battery on pregnant victim; and criminal mischief property damage over $200 under $1,000 previous conviction. Bond was set at $900,000.
