PALM BEACH COUNTY — The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade or South Bay.

• David Rosenkrantz was arrested Dec. 20 by PBSO and charged with grand theft $20,00 or more less than $100,000, robbery by sudden snatching, obstructing justice by hindering witness communication in a misdemeanor proceeding, flee and or eluding police - fail to obey LEO order to stop, battery by touch or strike, 8 counts of contempt of court - violation pretrial release for charge of dating violence, and obstructing justice - tamper with witness to withhold testimony/information. Bond was set at $32,000.

• Daniel Margarito was arrested Dec. 20 by PBSO and charged with possession of weapon. Bond has not been set.

• Octavio Martinez was arrested Dec. 21 by PBSO and charged with petit theft from merchant, farmer, or transit agency 2+ prior convictions. Bond was set at $3,000.

• Jefferey Browning was arrested Dec. 23 by PBSO and charged with grand theft of motor vehicle. Bond was set at $3,000.

• Branthe Augustin was arrested Dec. 25 by PBSO and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, battery - commit domestic battery by strangulation. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Gary Miller was arrested Dec. 19 by PBSO and charged with carrying concealed weapon - unlawful carry of concealed firearm. Bond was set at $3,000.

• Barielle Brannen was arrested Dec. 23 by PBSO and charged with aggravated assault with intent to commit a felony. Bond has not been set.
