The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade or South Bay.

• Jovaris Jackson was arrested March 19 by PBSO and charged with burglary of occupied structure unarmed, and petit theft from merchant, farmer, or transit agency 2+ prior convictions; burglary of occupied structure unarmed, burglary with assault or battery, and robbery without firearm or weapon. Bond set at $40,000.

• Sherica Buckner was arrested March 26 by PBSO and charged with fraud and/or swindle, and 2 counts of fraud or impersonate - use or possession of ID of another person without consent. Bond set at $15,000.

• David Hernandez was arrested March 29 by PBSO and charged with felony failure to appear. Bond was not set.

• Elijah Jones was arrested March 30 by PBSO and charged with resisting officer without violence, possession of weapon or ammo by convicted Fla. felon, and probation violation. Bond set at $6,000.

• Derric Johnson was arrested April 1 by PBSO and charged with battery - commit domestic battery by strangulation. Bond was not set.

• Barry Williams was arrested April 2 by PBSO and charged with sex offender violation - fail to re-register every six months, and sex offender violation - failure to report to drivers license office with change of address. Bond set at $4,000.
