BELLE GLADE -- An investigation is underway following a tragic shooting incident in Belle Glade.
On the night of Oct. 21, Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office (PBSO) deputies were dispatched to a shot spotter alert at the 1000 block of SW Ave I, Belle Glade.
Upon arrival, they discovered three juvenile males, aged 15, 15, and 16, severely wounded from gunshots. All were promptly taken to a nearby hospital. Tragically, one of the 15-year-old males succumbed to his injuries shortly after.
Marsy’s Law has been invoked in this case, ensuring the rights and privacy of the victims.
Dedicated detectives from the Violent Crimes Division and Gang Unit are rigorously investigating the incident. As of now, no suspect or motive has been identified.
