Okeechobee Ag Venture
Ag-Venture is a free, one day program which provides a great opportunity for fourth grade students (public, private and home educated) to gain experience, understanding and the appreciation of our local agricultural industry.
Students view displays of commonly used equipment such as tractors and a cattle trailer, and interactive displays of feed stuffs and soil before starting their Ag-Venture through Alligator, Beef, Bees, Citrus, Dairy, Poultry and Vegetables stations. Reining, Reined Cow Horse, & Cutting Horse Clinic
Participants will take part in two days of training with a million dollar winning trainer, Todd Crawford. A full day of learning the basics of the Reining Horse competition on Saturday, Cutting Horse clinic will be Sunday morning, finishing with Reined Cow Horse work on Sunday afternoon.
