Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body:
Join us to learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity, and social engagement, and use hands-on tools to help you incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging. Discover ways to include brain healthy habits during the Holidays.

Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body session will share:

Tips from the Latest Research and Education Program presented by the Alzheimer’s Association on Wednesday, July 20, at 3 p.m., at the Chamber of Commerce of Okeechobee County, 55 S. Parrott Ave. in Okeechobee. Speaker: Alzheimer’s Community Educator, Brandy Adams.

General Hartsell served in the United States Marine Corps with honor for 37 years of active and reserve duty, beginning as an enlisted Marine in 1981 and completing a distinguished and highly decorated military career as a Major General.
