Governor DeSantis visits Okeechobee

OKEECHOBEE -- Gov. Ron DeSantis was in Okeechobee County on May 10 to celebrate National Beef Month. DeSantis visited with cattle ranchers at Williamson Cattle Company.

While in Okeechobee County, the governor also stopped at Sutton Milk for some ice cream. He posted a rave review on his Facebook page: "Sutton Milk in Okeechobee has some of the best ice cream around. Fresh ingredients and a lot of flavors to try. The dairy farm is family owned and operated for 5 generations and its recent foray into ice cream has been a big success!."
