OKEECHOBEE -- All new and soon-to-be moms and dads in Okeechobee are invited to the Healthy Start Community Baby Shower on May 17 from 10 a.m. to noon. at the Indian River State College Williamson Center, 2229 N.W. Ninth Ave.
Local healthcare providers and agencies will cover educational topics.
There will be gifts and door prizes. The event will include games, with special games for the dads!
All pregnant women or families with children under age of 1 are invited to this free event.
