OKEECHOBEE — Georgia and her eight puppies were brought to the Trail of Hope Animal Rescue as strays. Every one of them was covered in fleas and Georgia was way under weight. Sweet Georgia had managed to keep her pups alive, but she paid the price so that they could survive. It’s amazing what a sweet girl she is, considering the rough life that she’s had. “Georgie” has gained some weight and is loving life in her own little house at TOH.
