OKEECHOBEE — Let us talk about dedication. Forty-five (45) YEARS of service! That is 394,200 minutes or 16,425 hours. Longer than some of you are old. Did that set in? This is how many years Ms. Mary Farrar has been donating to the Florida Sheriff's Association. Miss Mary received an extraordinary Distinguished Service Award presented by Sheriff Noel E. Stephen on behalf of the FSA.
