The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Joseph Harley Davidson Acquaotta, 55, Northeast 11^th Avenue, was arrested May 9 by OCSO and charged with aggravated battery on a victim over the age of 65. He is accused and reportedly admits to striking and shoving an 80-year-old woman. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Leonides Castellanos, 18, Southeast 42^nd Terrace, was arrested May 9 by OCSO and charged with possession of marijuana resin. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Brandon Williams, 38, Southwest Fourth Street, was arrested May 8 by OCSO and charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of an altered firearm. Bond was set at $53,000.
• Daniel Morales, 29, Northeast 11^th Street, was arrested May 10 by OCSO and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $11,000.
• Fernando Chavez Andrade, 41, Northwest 10^th Avenue, was arrested May 10 by OCSO and charged with sexual battery/no consent. Bond was set at $50,000.
• June Finch, 57, Northwest Eighth Avenue, was arrested May 10 by OCSO and charged with possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Terry McQueen, 35, Northeast Second Street, was arrested May 10 by OCSO and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Jeremiah Rhoden, 43, Southeast 33^rd Terrace, was arrested May 10 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Mikel Wood, 42, Northwest Fourth Street, was arrested May 10 by OCSO and charged with giving false information at a pawn shop, dealing in stolen property and grand theft. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Penny McDonald, 63, Northeast Second Street, was arrested May 11 by OCPD and charged with trafficking in methamphetamine. Bond was set at $300,000.
• Jon Mesa, 33, Southeast 26^th Street, was arrested May 11 by OCPD and charged with driving without a license/habitual offender. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Brandon Pitt, 31, Northeast 13^th Street, was arrested May 11 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $50,000.
• Brandon Williams, 38, Southwest Fourth Street, was arrested May 11 by OCSO and charged with 12 counts failure to register/sexual offender. Bond was set at $36,000.
• Amanda Kirk, 37, Jacksonville, was arrested May 13 by OCSO and charged with possession of phenethylamines, Possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of oxycodone with intent to sell and sale of marijuana. Bond was set at $280,000.
• Lloyd Young, 77, Southeast 34^th Avenue, was arrested May 12 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
• Robert Murphy, 18, Northeast Eighth Street, was arrested May 12 by OCSO and charged with possession of marijuana resin. Bond was set at $1,000.
