Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Scott Byrd, 32, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested June 26 by OCSO on an out of state fugitive warrant. He is being held without bond.
• Lee Chism, 21, Southeast 28^th Street, was arrested June 26 by OCSO and charged with possession of Molly. Bond was set at $3,000.
• Stephanie Dennis, 39, Southeast 28^th Street, was arrested June 26 by OCSO and charged with possession of Molly. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Fortino Hernandez, 38, Northwest Third Street, was arrested June 26 by OCSO and charged with possession of Molly. Bond was set at $5,000.
• James Lee Howling IV, 27, Northwest Fourth Street, was arrested June 26 by OCSO and charged with felony criminal mischief. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Wanda OShields IV, at large, was arrested June 26 by OCSO and charged with possession of a New Legend drug and giving false information to law officers. Bond was set at $6,000.
• Melissa Smith, 38, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested June 26 by OCSO and charged with possession of a New Legend drug. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Edward Coston Jr., 35, Southeast Ninth Street, was arrested June 27 by OCSO and charged with possession of MDMA. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Alan McCleese, 56, North Parrott Avenue, was arrested June 27 by OCSO and charged with battery/inmate on inmate. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Joshua Duke, 38, Northwest 27^th Avenue, was arrested June 28 by OCSO and charged with battery/inmate on inmate. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Zeb Wilkerson, 17, Northwest 95^th Court, was arrested June 29 by OCSO and charged with felony criminal mischief. He was transferred to the custody of the DJJ.
• Stephen Scott, 51, at large, was arrested June 29 by OCSO and charged with sexual battery/no consent. Bond was set at $250,000.
• Brittany Cunningham, 31, Fort Pierce, was arrested July 1 by OCPD and charged with possession of methamphetamine and petit theft. Bond was set at $5,750.
• Willard Leitner, 52, Southwest 16^th Avenue, was arrested July 1 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $7,500.
• Jessy Jesus Arriaga, 19, Northeast Second Street, was arrested June 30 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $750.
• Jason Beale, 48, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested June 30 by OCSO and charged with manufacture or delivery of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Lexton Weeks, 17, Northeast 101^st Street, was arrested June 30 by OCSO and charged with felony criminal mischief. He was released to the custody of DJJ.
• Yvonne Arellano, 49, Northwest First Street, was arrested July 1 by OCSO and charged with DUI with property damage. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Joseph Ventura, 53, Palm Beach Gardens, was arrested July 2 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $2,500.
