The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Caleb Jones, 32, Northwest 280^th Street, was arrested July 5, by OCSO and charged with DUI with property damage. Bond was set at $3,000.
• Marcus Robinson, 32, Reservation Road, was arrested July 5, by OCSO and charged with DUI and driving without a license. Bond was set at $3,500.
• Timothy Henderson, 49, Southeast 66^th Avenue, was arrested July 5, by OCSO and charged with false imprisonment. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Bobbi Jo Saintelus, 34, Az., was arrested July 5, by OCSO and charged with possession of Xanax. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Phillip Reynolds, 43, Northwest Third Street, was arrested July 3, by OCSO and charged with violation of probation on felony charges. He is being held without bond.
• Morgan Tibbett, 29, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested July 4, by OCPD and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,750.
• Jesus Tapia, 31, Sebring, was arrested July 3, by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Devon Lannigan, 32, Northeast 168^th Street, was arrested July ,3 by OCSO and charged with preventing or hindering a firefighter or equipment. He was released on his own recognizance.
• Joseph Ventura, 53, Palm Beach Garden, was arrested July 3, by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Jose Villegas, 41, Northwest 36^th Street, was arrested July 6, by OCPD Officer Rafael Castaneda and charged with DUI and operating a motor vehicle without a license. Bond was set at $3,000.
• Samuel Vuleta, 63, Southwest 15^th Way, was arrested July 6, by OCSO Sgt. Aric Majere and charged with seven counts fraud and one count forgery. Bond was set at $80,000.
• Darrell Blackburn, 27, Northwest 21^st Street, was arrested July 9, by OCSO Deputy Brady Rhodes and charged with committing or facilitating a felony and two counts sexual battery on a minor. Bond was set at $60,000. He was also charged with four counts contempt of court.
• Josephine Martinez, 55, Northwest 46^th Terrace, was arrested July 9, by OCSO Keila Garcia and charged with intentional child abuse. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Alvin Crowell, 34, Northwest 35^th Avenue, was arrested July 8, by OCSO Deputy Keila Garcia and charged with aggravated battery on a pregnant woman. Bond was set at $100,000.
• Cordero Luviano, 29, N.C., was arrested July 8, by OCSO Deputy William Jolly and charged with grand theft auto. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Kaley Smith, 19, Southeast 26^th Street, was arrested July 7, by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
• Sarah King, 47, U.S. 441 South, was arrested July 7, by OCSO Sgt. Aric Majere and charged with banking fraud. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Jason Lowry, 40, Southeast 63^rd Avenue, was arrested July 7, by OCSO Deputy Ashley Rojas and charged with resisting an officer with violence, battery on a law officer, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $40,000.
