Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Keri Hennon, 32, U.S. 441 North, was arrested July 11 by OCSO Deputy Robert Murtagh and charged with grand theft auto. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Elizabeth Keenan, 45, Northwest 86^th Court, was arrested July 11 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,500.
• Vincent Pirozzi, 31, Southeast Seventh Street, was arrested July 11 on an Okeechobee County warrant and charged with harassing in a second-degree felony proceeding. Bond was set at $20,000.
• David Siler, 35, Northwest 32^nd Avenue, was arrested July 11 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $11,000.
• Buck Taylor, 46, Fort Pierce, was arrested July 11 on an Okeechobee County warrant and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $20,000.
• Brad David, 42, Northwest 308^th Street, was arrested July 13 by OCSO Deputy Jessica Bunting and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
• Michael Thompson, 29, Northeast Eighth Avenue, was arrested July 13 by OCPD Officer Alexis Bieger and charged with battery/second or subsequent offense and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $3,000.
• Henry Futch II, 46, Southwest Fifth Street, was arrested July 13 by ONTF and charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession with intent to sell MDPV and trafficking hydromorphone. Bond was set at $300,000.
• Lavoski Jackson, 44, Northwest 10^th Street, was arrested July 13 by ONTF and charged with trafficking cocaine, trafficking MDPV and trafficking hydromorphone. Bond was set at $300,000.
• Terry Moore, 51, Northeast 14^th Avenue, was arrested July 13 by ONTF and charged with trafficking in cocaine, MDPV and hydromorphone. Bond was set at $300,000.
• Gabriel Padgett, 34, at large, was arrested July 13 by OCSO and charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling and petit theft. Bond was set at $5,500.
• Michael Thompson, 29, Fort Pierce, was arrested July 13 by OCSO on a Saint Lucie County warrant. He is being held without bond.
• Brian Prescott, 36, Southwest Ninth Avenue, was arrested July 15 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $750.
• Rita Thimmes, 60, State Road 78 West, was arrested July 14 by OCSO Deputy J. Fairtrace and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
• Robert Frier,68, Northeast 31^st Terrace, was arrested July 17 by ONTF and charged with manufacturing a hallucinogen and possession with intent to sell. Bond was set at $50,000.
• Henry Futch, 46, Southwest Fifth Street, was arrested July 17 by OCSO Sgt. Aric Majere and charged with two counts felony violation of probation. He is being held without bond.
• Aaron Locklear, 34, Northwest 87^th Court, was arrested July 17 by OCSO Deputy Keila Garcia and charged with battery/inmate on inmate. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Linda Major, 48, Northeast 37^th Street, was arrested July 17 by ONTF and charged with possession of a schedule II drug and possession with intent to sell. Bond was set at $50,000.
• Dillon Hill, 22, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested July 18 by OCSO Deputy Eric Gauroniak and charged with grand theft firearm. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Michelle Resmondo, 54, Avon Park, was arrested on an Okeechobee County warrant on July 18. The charge is forgery. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Stephen Scott, 51, Northwest 190^th Road, was arrested July 18 on an Okeechobee County warrant. The charge is sexual battery and lewd and lascivious behavior with the elderly. Bond was set at $20,000.
• Eliezer Chevez, 24, Southwest 11^th Terrae, was arrested July 18 by ONTF and charged with grand theft auto, fleeing without regard to safety, resisting arrest and reckless driving. Bond was set at $37,000.
• Laire Herrera, 26, Hialeah, was arrested July 19 by OCSO Sgt. Aric Majere and charged with grand theft. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Aaliyah Johnson, 25, Northwest 20^th Lane, was arrested July 19 by OCSO Sgt. Aric Majere and charged with battery on a person 65 or older. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Dionias Ruiz-Cinto, 15, Northeast 207^th Street, was arrested July 20 by Okeechobee City Police officer Jason Chapman and charged with fleeing law enforcement without regard to safety, operating a vehicle without a license and leaving the scene of an accident with damage. He was released to a parent.
• Randy Kern, 56, Southeast 33^rd Street, was arrested July 20 by OCSO Deputy E. Ayala-Borja and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Frederick Cook, 48, Northeast 122^nd Street, was arrested July 21 by OCSO Deputy J. Fairtrace and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Vernon Evans, 27, Fort Pierce, was arrested July 21 by OCPD Officer Derek Nails and charged with habitually driving without a license. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Angel Barnett, 48, State Road 78 West, was arrested July 21 by OCSO Keila Garcia and charged with forgery and uttering a forged instrument. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Vicky Floyd, 37, at large, was arrested July 21 by OCSO Dylan Abelquader and charged with grand theft and burglary of an unoccupied structure. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Christopher Craig, 48, Northeast 37^th Street, was arrested July 21 by OCSO Deputy C. Romero and charged with sexual battery on a victim under the age of 12. Bond was set at $500,000.
• Gage Floyd, 22, Brinkerhoff Lane, was arrested July 22 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Andys Lorenzo, 25, Northwest Seventh Street, was arrested July 22 by OCPD Officer Cody Daigneault and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Brian Robertson, 30, Southeast 44^th Avenue, was arrested July 23 by OCSO Deputy Dylan Abelquader and charged with touch or strike and depriving someone of a means of communication. Bond to be set.
