The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• James Wilson, 25, Live Oak, was arrested July 26 by OCSO deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with possession of cocaine and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $5,500.
• Christopher Clemons, 47, Southeast 21^st Court, was arrested July 26 by OCSO Deputy William Jolly and charged with harvesting an endangered plant without a permit, trespass, grand theft auto and petit theft. Bond was set at $4,000.
• Charlotte Craig, 47, Northeast 37^th Street, was arrested July 26 by OCSO Deputy Anthony Hull and charged with leaving the scene of an accident without rendering aid and driving without a license causing serious injury or death. Bond was set at $12,500.
• Michael Graf, 48, North Parrott Avenue was arrested July 26 by ONTF and charged with two counts possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a house of worship or a business. Bond was set at $200,000.
• Erminia Meras, 33, Northwest 36^th Avenue, was arrested July 26 by OCSO Sgt. Aric Majere on two counts violations of probations. The original charges were for robbery. She was released on her own recognizance.
• Eddie Morlans, 38, Northwest 45^th Terrace, was arrested July 26 by OCSO Deputy Dylan Abdelquader and charged with felony criminal mischief. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Richard Chapman III, 38, Southeast 33rd Terrace, was arrested July 27 by ONTF and charged with trafficking in methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $76,000.
• Cesar Gomez, 33, Indiantown, was arrested July 27 by ONTF and charged with possession of cocaine, carrying a concealed firearm and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $21,000.
• Livan Ramos, 50, Northwest 27^th Avenue, was arrested July 25 by ONTF and charged with tampering with evidence, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $21,000.
• Mike Corwin, 29, Northwest 89^th Court, was arrested July 28 by ONTF and charged with possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Helen Dykes, 48, Palm City, was arrested July 28 by ONTF and charged with possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. Bond was set at $25,000. She allegedly committed suicide in the county jail on July 30.
• Ryan Walpole, 38, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested July 28 by ONTF and charged with resisting arrest with violence, battery on law enforcement, tampering with evidence, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bone was set at $21,000.
• Kobie Clark, 25, Jacksonville, was arrested July 29 by OCSO Deputy Kayla Kanarick and charged with three counts drug possession. Bond was set at $45,000.
• Corri Harden, 31, Northeast 28^th Avenue, was arrested July 29 by OCSO Deputy Tyler Cox and charged with four counts battery on a law enforcement officer. Bond was set at $5,000.
