The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Brandon Dykes, 40, U.S. 441 North, was arrested Sept. 11 by OCSO Deputy E. Ayala-Borja and charged with possession of narcotics. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Cutler Meigs, 23, Northeast 23^rd Way, was arrested Sept. 11 by ONTF and charged with fleeing without regard to safety. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Dianna Paterniti, 40, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Sept. 11 by OCSO Deputy G. Greseth and charged with two counts battery/second or subsequent offense. Bond was set at $10,000.
• William Viles, 48, Avon Park, was arrested Sept. 11 by OCSO Deputy Skylar Casian and charged with driving without a license/third or subsequent offense. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Amber Wiggins, 31, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Sept. 11 by OCSO Deputy J. Fairtrace and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Randy Torres, 41, Northwest Third Street, was arrested Sept. 12 by OCSO Deputy A. Hull and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Emilio Aranda, 38, Northeast Fifth Street, was arrested Sept. 12 by OCSO Deputy A. Rojas and charged with sexual battery of a victim under the age of 12. He is being held without bond.
• Ronald Palmer, 35, Northeast 48^th Avenue, was arrested Sept. 12 by ONTF and charged with sale of methamphetamine, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to sell. Bond was set at $85,500.
• Cordero Luviano, 30, Northeast 110^th Street, was arrested Sept. 13 by OCPD Officer A. Bieger and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $3,500.
• Aliza Talamantez, 15, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Sept. 13 by OCSO Deputy Donnie Holmes and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. She was released to the custody of a parent.
• Isidoro Castilleja, 35, Northwest Second Street, was arrested Sept. 13 by OCSO Deputy J. Timmons and charged with battery and felony criminal mischief. Bond was set at $6,000.
• Abigayle Ericson, 23, Southeast 86^th Boulevard, was arrested Sept. 13 by OCSO Deputy F. Hernandez and charged with violation of probation on felony charges. She is being held without bond.
• Timmy Lee, 34, Southeast 86^th Boulevard, was arrested Sept. 13 by OCSO Deputy Skylar Casian and charged with resisting arrest and driving without a license/third or subsequent offense. Bond was set at $4,000.
• Selvin Rios, 47, Orlando, was arrested Sept. 13 by OCSO Deputy Karson Reno and charged with fleeing or eluding and operating a vehicle without a license. Bond was set at $10,500.
• Jerry Tankersly, 63, Kenansville, was arrested Sept. 13 by OCSO Deputy R. Cataneda and charged with delivery of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $35,500.
• Michael Throop, 43, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Sept. 13 by OCSO Deputy F. Hernandez and charged with possession of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Mauricio Grajalez, 21, Northwest 144^th Drive, was arrested Sept. 14 by OCSO Deputy K. Kanarick and charged with battery on law enforcement and resisting an officer with violence. Bond was set at $20,000.
• Melissa Swymn, 39, Southeast 23^rd Court, was arrested Sept. 14 by OCSO Deputy D. Rogers and charged with two counts accessory after the fact and one count providing a false name to law enforcement. Bond was set at $8,000.
• Harley Futch, 39, Northwest 21^st Lane, was arrested Sept. 15 by OCSO Deputy E. Gauroniak and charged with failure to return leased property. Bond was set at $2,500.
• James Trammell, 46, Southwest Sixth Street, was arrested Sept. 15 by OCSO Deputy M. Wright and charged with habitual driving without a license. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Tereska Kelly, 40, West Palm, was arrested Sept. 16 by OCSO Deputy E. Gauroniak and charged with bringing a cell phone into a detention facility. Bond was set at $25,000.
• Lucas LaGrange, 32, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Sept. 17 by OCPD Officer A. Bieger and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $6,500.
• Michael Revolinsky, 76, Sixth Street, was arrested Sept. 17 by OCSO Deputy A. Hull and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
• Chaka Smith, 46, Southwest 86^th Avenue, was arrested Sept. 17 by OCSO Deputy J. Coonfare and charged with possession of hydromorphone, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of marijuana under 20 grams. Bond was set at $5,750.
