The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Michael Revolinsky, 76, Sixth Street, was arrested Sept. 17 by OCSO Deputy A. Hull and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
• Quinton Hamner, 37, Southeast 34^th Avenue, was arrested Sept. 18 by OCSO Deputy R. Murtagh and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with evidence and driving without a license. Bond was set at $12,250.
• Gabriel Nunez, 52, Northwest 36^th Street, was arrested Sept. 18 by OCSO Deputy J. Gonzalez and charged with animal cruelty. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Kham Douangaphay, 41, Pinellas Park, was arrested Sept. 19 by OCPD Officer Ryan Holroyd and charged with possession of methamphetamine, providing a false name to law enforcement, driving without a license and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $13,000.
• Jose Francisco Rolon Marcano, 51, Northwest Sixth Street, was arrested Sept. 19 by OCSO Deputy M. Wright and charged with driving without a license/habitual offender. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Samantha Rubino, 37, Northeast Fourth Street, was arrested Sept. 19 by OCSO Deputy F. Hernandez and charged with resisting an officer with violence, battery on a law enforcement officer and battery. Bond has not been set.
• Omar Lezerma, 33, Polo Club Lane, was arrested Sept. 22 by OCPD R. Castaneda and charged with credit card fraud. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Christian Albarado, 13, Southeast 23^rd Court, was arrested Sept. 22 by OCSO and charged with burglary with damage. He was transferred to the custody of DJJ.
• Jathan Diaz, 16, Northwest Second Street, was arrested Sept. 22 by OCSO Deputy J. Kemp and charged with possession of marijuana resin. He was released to a parent.
