The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Craig Morgan, 39, Northwest Fourth Street, was arrested Oct. 2 by OCSO Deputy K. Garcia and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $50,000.
• Ashley Shultz, 43, at large, was arrested Oct. 2 by OCSO Deputy K. Garcia and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $30,000.
• Chaka Smith, 46, Southwest 86^th Avenue, was arrested Oct. 2 by OCSO Deputy K. Kanarick and charged with possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $30,000.
• Tereska Kelly, 40, West Palm, was arrested Oct. 3 by OCSO Deputy G. Greseth and charged with battery/inmate on inmate. Bond was set at $5,000.
• William Rinehart, 13, Southeast 23^rd Court, was arrested Oct. 4 by OCSO Deputy J. Coonfare and charged with burglary. He was turned over to DJJ.
• Chester Williams Jr., 65, Southeast Eighth Avenue, was arrested Oct. 4 on an out-of-county warrant. He is being held without bond.
• Brayden Brown, 14, Southeast 60^th Drive, was arrested Oct. 6 by OCSO Deputy D. Abdelquader and charged with aggravated assault. He was transferred to DJJ.
• Christopher Ricciardi, 24, West Palm, was arrested Oct. 7 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $750.
• Heather Ellsworth, 43, Southeast 29^th Street, was arrested Oct. 7 by OCPD Officer R. Castaneda and charged with possession of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Dawn Garrison, 57, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Oct. 7 by OCSO Deputy Skylar Casian and charged with neglect of an elderly or disabled adult causing great harm. Bond was set at $5,000.
• James Bawgus, 15, Northwest 40^th Drive, was arrested Oct. 8 by OCSO Deputy I Sanchez and charged with fleeing without regard to safety and obstruction with violence. He was transferred to DJJ.
• Baltazar Matias Domingo, 32, Indiantown, was arrested Oct. 8 by OCSO Deputy J. Coonfare and charged with possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Dalton Hunter, 24, Southwest 13^th Terrace, was arrested Oct. 8 by ONTF and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $17,000.
• Jeremiah Reed, 43, at large, was arrested Oct. 8 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with battery on law enforcement and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $10,500.
