The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).
Mac Faircloth, 49, Fulford Camp Road, was arrested Nov. 22 by OCSO Deputy M Calcagno and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
Abraham Bonilla, 18, Northwest Sixth Street, was arrested Nov. 22 by OCSO Deputy Kayla Kanarick and charged with credit card fraud. Bond was set at $2,500.
Cutler Meigs, 23, Northeast 23rd Way, was arrested Nov. 22 by OCSO Deputy Robert Murtagh and charged with aggravated battery on a pregnant woman. Bond was set at $25,000.
Kenneth Peacock, 43, Northeast Seventh Avenue, was arrested Nov. 27 by OCSO Deputy Skylar Casian and charged with DUI/third or subsequent offense. Bond was set at $5,000.
Juan Tinajero, 40, Northwest 11th Drive, was arrested Nov. 23 by OCSO Deputy Kayla Kanarick and charged with child abuse and two counts battery. Bond was set at $2,500.
Cherie Sanders, 47, Sebring, was arrested Nov. 24 by ONTF and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
Jose Galvan Jr., 58, Northwest 38th Avenue, was arrested Nov. 25 by ONTF and charged with DUI/fourth or subsequent offense, driving while license is suspended/habitual offender and failure to obey law enforcement officer’s order to stop. Bond was set at $30,000.
Benjamin Hale, 14, Northwest 26th Street, was arrested Nov. 25 by OCSO Deputy Eric Gauroniak and charged with burglary and criminal mischief/$1,000 or more. He was transferred to DJJ.
Marcell Potter, 14, Northwest 270th Street, was arrested Nov. 25 by OCSO Deputy E. Gauroniak and charged with burglary and felony criminal mischief. He was transferred to DJJ.
Orrin Wilkerson, 17, Northwest 266th Street, was arrested Nov. 27 by OCSO Deputy Brady Rogers and charged with unarmed burglary. He was transferred to the DJJ.
Stephen Barton, 36, Northeast 55th Trail, was arrested Nov. 28 on an Okeechobee County warrant for threatening to discharge a destructive device and petit theft. Bond was set at $25,500.
Leslie Adams, 56, Southeast 24th Road, was arrested Nov. 29 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with child neglect without great bodily harm. Bond was set at $2,500.
Melany Rodriguez-Suarez, 27, West Palm Beach, was arrested Nov. 30 by OCPD and charged with possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $5,000.
Jessica Williams, 48, Southeast 21st Court, was arrested Nov. 29 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $5,000.
Joshua Ziegler, 36, Northwest 125th Trail, was arrested Nov. 29 by OCSO Deputy Joseph Coonfare and charged with grand theft, two counts forgery and one count petit theft. Bond was set at $10,000.
Crinna Bormuth, 40, Southeast 26th Street, was arrested Dec. 1 by OCSO Deputy Mark Wright and charged with grand theft auto and forgery. Bond was set at $10,000.
Tony Frost, 38, Northeast 16th Avenue, was arrested Dec. 1 by OCSO Deputy J. Timmons and charged with possession of cocaine and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. Bond was set at $10,000.
Nicholas Poltronieri, 22, Port St. Lucie, was arrested Dec. 1 by OCSO Deputy J. Timmons and charged with coordinating retail theft. Bond was set at $50,000.
Leandra Sanchez, 33, Southeast 36th Avenue, was arrested Dec. 1 by OCSO Deputy Noah Wenrick and charged with child neglect without great bodily harm. Bond was set at $5,000.
Edwin Aponte, 43, Northeast Second Street, was arrested Dec. 2 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
Adam Hembree, 33, Northwest 300th Street, was arrested Dec. 3 by OCSO Deputy Tyler Cox and charged with hindering contact with law enforcement, battery and criminal mischief. Bond was set at $3,500.
Reed Hair, 34, State Road 710 East, was arrested Dec. 3 by OCSO Deputy Robert Murtagh and charged with possession of methamphetamine, tampering with evidence and driving without a license. Bond was set at $10,500.
