The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Raymond Stewart III, 19, Melbourne, was arrested Dec. 27 by OCSO Deputy Kayla Kanarick and charged with battery on detention staff with fluids. Bond was set at $25,000.
• Christopher Gornall, 60, Southeast 24^th Boulevard, was arrested Dec. 27 by OCSO Deputy Eric Gauroniak and charged with failure to register or provide information. Bond was set at $15,000.
• Mallorie Jones, 31, Southeast 24^th Avenue, was arrested Dec. 27 by OCSO Deputy Brady Rhodes and charged with possession of fentanyl and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,500.
• Joseph Powell, 34, Northeast Ninth Avenue, was arrested Dec. 27 by OCSO Deputy Eric Gauroniak and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.
• Robert Schick, 47, State Road 70 West, was arrested Dec. 27 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Donna Ramsey, 50, Southeast 34^th Avenue, was arrested Dec. 28 by OCSO Deputy Anthony Hull and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, battery and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $5,750.
• James Johnston, 41, Madison, Fla., was arrested Dec. 29 by OCSO Sgt. Aric Majere and charged with drug trafficking. Bond was set at $50,000.
• Gustavo Adolfo Mireles Alvarado, 25, Northwest 22^nd Avenue, was arrested Dec. 29 by OCSO Deputy Mark Wright and charged with possession of methamphetamine, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $6,000.
• Jesus Arellano, 32, Northwest Fifth Street, was arrested Jan. 1 by OCSO Deputy J. Timmons and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Alan Jezrrel Padilla Stillo, 27, Northwest 42^nd Avenue, was arrested Jan. 1 by OCSO Deputy Steven Pollock and charged with possession of cocaine, DUI and driving without a license. Bond was set at $4,000.
• Samantha Flecha, 30, Southwest Third Avenue, was arrested Jan. 1 by OCPD Officer Derek Nails and charged with DUI. Child neglect and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $9,500.
• Nely McCown, 28, Northwest Third Street, was arrested Jan. 1 by OCSO Deputy Kayla Kanarick and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, resisting arrest and battery on law enforcement. Bond was set at $5,500.
• Cesar Arriga, 18, Northeast 11^th Lane, was arrested Dec. 30 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with obstructing justice without violence and assault on a law enforcement officer. Bond was set at $5,500.
• Geneva Dames, 43, Northeast 19^th Terrace, was arrested Dec. 30 by OCSO Deputy Robert Murtagh and charged with DUI, driving without a license and two counts child neglect. Bond was set at $3,250.
• Israel Pacheco, 16, Northeast Seventh Lane, was arrested Dec. 30 by OCSO Deputy Robert Murtagh and charged with unarmed burglary, grand theft and criminal mischief. He was turned over to DJJ.
• Joanna Satz, 24, Fort Lauderdale, was arrested Dec. 30 by OCPD Officer Derek Nails and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,500.
• Gabriel Gutierrez, 36, Loxahatchee, was arrested Dec. 31 by OCSO Deputy Robert Murtagh and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $750.
• Patricia Regan, 54, Southeast 38^th Avenue, was arrested Jan. 31 by OCPD Officer Derek Nails and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and driving without a license. Bond was set at $6,000.
