The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).
• Jason Gillis, 43, Northwest Ninth Avenue, was arrested April 2 by ONTF and charged with fleeing law enforcement and driving without a license. Bond was set at $5,750.
• Cole Dibiase, 21, Southeast 86th Boulevard, was arrested April 14 by OCSO Deputy Gage Greseth and charged with burglary with assault. Bond was set at $50,000.
• Carol Toole, 59, Southwest 19th Street, was arrested April 12 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,500.
• Monique Tolliver, 37, Northwest 22nd Lane, was arrested April 15 by OCSO Deputy Richard Varnadore and charged with child abuse and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $25,000.
• Jeffrey Lane, 47, was arrested April 15 by OCSO Deputy Richard Varnadore and charged with three counts child abuse. Bond was set at $15,000.
• Justin Henderson, 23, Northeast Seventh Lane, was arrested April 16 by OCSO Deputy Kayla Kanarick and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Kelton Smedley, 27, Big Town Clan Road, was arrested April 17 by OCPD Officer Matt Grumbling and charged with reckless driving, fleeing law enforcement, leaving the scene of an accident with damage, driving without a license and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $18,000.
• Alyssa Woodrum, 33, Southeast 43rd Street, was arrested April 17 by OCSO Deputy Briana Gutty and charged with hindering contact with law enforcement and battery. Bond was set at $2,250.
• Bryan Young was arrested April 18 and charged with possession of child pornography and in-state transmission of child pornography.
• Dallas Parker, 30, Northwest 47th Avenue, was arrested April 19 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.
