The Okeechobee County Agri Civic Center located at 4601 State Road 710 will hold the following events during the month of May:
• Friday, May 12 - Sunday May 14: Florida High School Rodeo Finals
High school competitors from all over Florida compete in rodeo events in hopes of qualifying for the National High School Rodeo Finals in Gillette, WY. Come out and support the cowboys and cowgirls of Okeechobee and watch the action. There is no charge for the public to attend, and a concession stand will be open. Rodeo starts at 9:30 a.m.
• Friday, May 19 - Treasure Coast Food Bank from 8 to 10 a.m. Enter at the State Road 710 entrance only.
Saturday, May 20 & Sunday May 21 - All Florida Junior Rodeo State Finals
Youth rodeo contestants from all over the State of Florida come to Okeechobee to compete in the State Finals for ages 14 and under. There is no charge for the public to attend, and a concession stand will be open.
Friday, May 27 - Okeechobee High School Graduation Ceremony at 9 a.m.
