Okeechobee County Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Eric Bronson, 36, Northwest 90th Lane, was arrested Oct. 16 by OCSO Deputy Anthony Hull and charged with aggravated assault with intent to commit a felony and felony criminal mischief. Bond was set at $10,000.

• Juan Aguilar, 36, Northwest Fourth Street, was arrested Oct. 17 by OCSO Deputy R. Hernandez and charged with intentional child abuse and battery. Bond was set at $4,000.

• Youvani Beltran, 16, Southeast 38th Terrace, was arrested Oct. 17 by OCSO Deputy M. Wright and charged with aggravated battery, firing a missile into a dwelling or vehicle, five counts aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and criminal mischief/felony. Bond was set at $155,000.

• Harlan Rowell, 50, Northeast Second Street, was arrested Oct. 17 by OCSO Deputy M. Wright and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of dug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2,750.

• Dwayne Turner, 57, State Road 78 West, was arrested Oct. 17 by OCSO Deputy M. Wright and charged with writing a bad check. Bond was set at $2,500.

• Jeffrey Lane, 46, Northwest 14th Avenue, was arrested Oct. 20 by OCSO Deputy M. Calcagno and charged with felony criminal mischief. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Christian Henderson, 21, Northeast 70th Avenue, was arrested Oct. 20 by OCSO Deputy C. Torres and charged with intentional child abuse. Bond was set at $10,000.

• Towanna Austin, 47, Vero Beach, was arrested Oct. 21 by OCSO Deputy Bryan Holden and charged with two counts introducing contraband into a detention facility and one count possession with intent to sell marijuana. Bond was set at $60,000.

• Joseph Howling, 46, at large, was arrested Oct. 21 by OCSO Deputy M. Wright and charged with grand theft.

• Stacey Lafawn Tyson, 44, Southeast 25th Drive, was arrested Oct. 21 by OCSO Deputy M. Wright and charged with child molestation. Bond was set at $250,000.

• Jeffrey Griffin Jr., 30, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Oct. 22 by OCSO Deputy Karson Reno and charged with possession of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Derrick Pinder, 23, Southeast 38th Terrace, was arrested Oct. 22 by OCSO Sgt. Aric Majere on an out-of-count warrant for domestic battery by strangulation with a child present. Bond was set at $5,000.

• John Shushok, 24, Bradenton, was arrested Oct. 22 by OCSO Deputy Ivan Sanchez and charged with possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Guillermo Tovar Rodriguez, 25, Northeast 60th Avenue, was arrested Oct. 22 by ONTF and charged with possession of cocaine and DUI. Bond was set at $6,500.

• Joshua Bonilla, 22, Northwest Sixth Street, was arrested Oct. 23 by OCSO Deputy D. Rogers and charged with grand theft. Bond was set at $2,500.

• Paulino Martin, 34, Northwest 10028th Avenue, was arrested Oct. 23 by OCSO Deputy D. Rogers and charged with child neglect. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Brandon Pitt, 31, State Road 98 North, was arrested Oct. 23 by OCSO Deputy D. Rogers and charged with grand theft. Bond was set at $2,500.

• Jonathan Thomas, 19, Northwest 160th Street, was arrested Oct. 23 by OCSO Deputy D. Rogers and charged with grand theft. Bond was set at $2,500.

• Morgan Tibbett, 29, Southwest 14th Street, was arrested Oct. 23 by OCSO Deputy D. Rogers and charged with grand theft. Bond was set at $2,500.

• Enrique Urbina, 41, East Center Street, was arrested Oct. 23 by OCSO Deputy J. Busbin and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,500.

• Tereska Kelly, 40, West Palm, was arrested Oct. 24 by OCSO Deputy D. Rogers and charged with introduction of a controlled substance into a detention facility. Bond was set at $15,000.

• Esteban Arellano, 34, Northwest 46th Avenue, was arrested on Oct. 25, by OCSO Deputy L. Ramnauth and charged with grand theft less than $5,000. Bond was set at $2,000.

• Enly Cyril, 27, Ft. Pierce, was arrested on Oct. 26, by OCSO Deputy D. Abdelquader and charged with unlawfully compensating a public servant, introduction of intoxicating/controlled substance/weapons into a state facility, and unlawful use of a two-way communications device. Bond was set at $25,000.

• Aaron Gurrustieta, 31, Northwest 36th Avenue, was arrested on Oct. 26, by OCSO Deputy K. Kanarick and charged with three counts of aggravated assault with intent to commit a felony, robbery with a firearm, and possession of cocaine. He was also charged with a misdemeanor of possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $136,000.

• Joseph Powell, 34, Northeast Ninth Avenue, was arrested on Oct. 26, by OCSO Deputy N. Wenrick and charged with dealing in stolen property. Bond was set at $7,500.

• Walter Roy Powell, 55, Northeast Ninth Avenue, was arrested on Oct. 26 by OCSO Deputy N. Wenrick and charged with dealing in stolen property. He was also charged wth a misdemeanor of resisting arrest without violence. Bond was set at $11,000.

• Arvin Dougan, 41, Northwest 21st Avenue, was arrested on Oct. 28, by OCSO Deputy N. Wenrick and charged with dealing in stolen property. Bond was set at $10,000.

• William McClure, 44, NW 43rd Avenue, was arrested on Oct. 28, by OCSO Deputy R. Gonzalez and charged with assault or battery. He was also charged with a misdemeanor of trespass of an occupied structure/conveyance. Bond was set at $3,000.
