OKEECHOBEE — The Okeechobee County Library, located at 206 SW 16th St., will hold the events listed below January through March.
Okeechobee Library Winter Concert Series is back!
Musical performances are back at the Okeechobee Library this winter season and will run from January through March. All performances are free and open to the public. Stop by for a free concert and light refreshments for an afternoon of fun!
• Friday, Jan. 19 at 3 p.m. - Gladius ‘Flamenco Fusion Guitar’
• Saturday, Feb. 10 at 3 p.m. - EMANON Jazz Quartet ‘Jazz through the ages’
Local author event with Detective Jack Boon!
Join in a reading and discussion of local Okeechobee Detective Jack Boon’s new book series on Saturday, Jan. 20 at 3 p.m. and be entered for a chance to win a signed copy of the first book in the series "Long Arm of the Law." This event is free and open to the public, light refreshments will be available.
