OKEECHOBEE — Okeechobee Main Street’s Arts & Cultural Alliance invites the public to the Artist Series Reception of Juried Art Exhibit to be held on Thursday, March 25, from 5 to 7 p.m. The theme is “People of Okeechobee.” Exhibit features the photography of Sharon Cannon, Shirley Palmer, Janet Snow, Sharie Turgeon and Edie Welling. Awards will be announced at 6 p.m. OKMS Arts & Cultural Alliance Center is located at 111 N.E. Second St.

A Private open house for Artists Only will be held on Saturday, March 27 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and noon to 1:30 p.m. at OKMS Arts & Cultural Alliance Center. "Artist" includes visual, musical, theatre and dance. Light refreshments will be served. Call, text or email your RSVP by March 24 and time preferences, include a second time choice.
