OKEECHOBEE — On this #FeelGoodFriday June 16, after 44 years and six months, Raulerson Hospital would like to wish Carlton Alderman the happiest of retirements!
Carlton has worked at Raulerson Hospital since the doors opened to the community over 44 years ago. Words cannot describe the positive impact his lengthy commitment to our hospital has had on our patients, visitors and this community.
Carlton shared a few words of wisdom with the colleagues that gathered to celebrate him stating, "I appreciate each and every one of you, through the ups and downs. It was all worth it."
He also encouraged everyone to “smile and say hello to every person you pass in these halls because you never know what someone's going through, show them kindness and it may light them up.”
