OKEECHOBEE- The Okeechobee County School Board took time out of their Nov. 14 meeting to recognize students who received a perfect score on the state assessment tests.

“In some of these standardized tests there are questions put on there purposefully to mess you up,” said superintendent Ken Kenworthy. “There are questions on there that are many grades above where you are in the course that you are taking.”

“So, the fact that you guys were able to get a perfect score,” continued Kenworthy,” I just want you all to know how phenomenal that is.”
