OKEECHOBEE — This is a picture of what the love that exists in Okeechobee can do. Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Paulette Wise and Office Manager Mariah Parriott stand with 1,310 pairs of socks donated by individuals, companies, groups and clubs. There were enough socks to provide two pairs to 450 residents/patients in the Okeechobee Health Care Facility, Senior Services, Grand Oaks, Hospice of Okeechobee, Big Lake Missions and Martha’s House. Thank you, Okeechobee.
