OKEECHOBEE — The Walpole family of Walpole, Inc. became concerned when they saw Ryan Walpole's name in the newspaper in both the arrest column and in an arrest story of his own. The Okeechobee Ryan has never been arrested and works in the family business.
Because businesses depend on having a good reputation in the community, they asked the Lake Okeechobee News to clarify that it was not their Ryan who was arrested and allegedly tried to swallow the evidence.
The two Ryans have different middle names and different birthdates.
