OKEECHOBEE –– Okeechobee County Veterans Service Officer (VSO) Jeffrey Norwood was the guest speaker at the Kiwanis Club of Okeechobee. VSO Norwood is a U.S. Army Combat Veteran and spoke to the Club on his background and experience. He also informed the Kiwanians on the services his office can provide veterans.
