Roger was born on December 8, 1954 passed away February 22, 2023.
He left behind his wife of 46 years Suzanne (Suzy), son Robert (Robbie) and Nikki, their 2 children Grayson 6 years old, and Peyton 4 years old and daughter Shelby and Kyle Desormeau, their 2 children Ethan 4 years old, and Dylan 1 year old.
Roger worked for Cochran Corporation for several years before going to work for Merit Petroleum as a Transport Operator and stayed with them for close to 30 years. He was forced to retire from the job he loved because of being diagnosed with a cancer Multiple Myeloma, where we were told would not only affect his blood but make his bones brittle.
He loved to drag race from the time we moved to LaBelle with our 1977 GMC known as “The Ghost” to our 1969 Nova SS and several Mustangs over the years.
Roger loved snook fishing and he and Robbie were well known for that, even told they could catch a fish in a mud puddle! And later in his later life was able to fill his other dream of owning a Harley, and a couple more.
He loved his family, grand kids, dogs, fishing, and his motorcycles. He will be missed.
