OKEECHOBEE — Okeechobee County Fire Rescue units responded at approximately 3;07 a.m. onFriday, March 22 to the Fraternal Order of Eagles located at 9985 Hwy 441 North for a commercial structure fire. Upon arrival, firefighters encountered heavy fire through the roof and all sides of the large structure. Defensive operations were initiated and a water shuttle was established for water supply.
No injuries occured. The cause is under investigation.
