Former PD officer presents historical display to department

OKEECHOBEE —  Former Okeechobee City Police Officer Larry Parzygnat assembled a collage of the former police chiefs and other historical photos. On Wednesday, April 12, he presented to Chief Donald Hagan on behalf of the department. It will be hung and displayed in the department lobby.
