The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Joshua Roach, 36, Southeast 27th Street, was arrested Oct. 23 by OCSO and charged with dealing in stolen property. Bond was set at $7,500.

• Winter Galloway, 37, State Road 78 West, was arrested Oct. 23 by OCSO on an out of county felony warrant. She was released on her own recognizance.

• John Leon, 21, Northeast 26th Avenue, was arrested Oct. 22 by OPD and charged with possession of oxycodone. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Shawn Eckenwiler, 38, Lake Drive, was arrested Oct. 22 by ONTF and charged with possession of fentanyl without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,500. On Oct. 27, he was charged with violation of probation and is now being held without bond.

• Carmen Barber, 52, Southwest Third Street, was arrested Oct. 22 by ONTF and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,500.

• William McClure, 41, Northwest 43rd Avenue, was arrested Oct. 22 by OCSO and charged with dealing in stolen property. Bond was set at $10,000.

•Richard Ocallaghan, 54, Northeast 15th Avenue, was arrested Oct. 22 by OCSO and charged with child abuse. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Cheryl Wohl, 56, Jacksonville, was arrested Oct. 22 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cocaine and tampering with evidence. Bond was set at$17,000.

• Clifford Ryder, 32, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Oct. 24 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine and attaching a registered license plate to an unassigned vehicle. Bond was set at $3,500.

• Amy O’Connor, 32, Northwest 248th Street, was arrested Oct. 25 by OCSO and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,500.

• Carlos Vasquez, 39, Northwest Second Street, was arrested Oct. 25 by OCSO and charged with possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $3,500.

•Eva Blackwood, 43, at large, was arrested Oct. 23 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,500.

• Steve Futch, 36, Northwest 37th Avenue, was arrested Oct. 23 by OCSO and charged with DUI, driving without a license and resisting arrest without violence. Bond was set at $2,500.

• Brian Gorby, 23, at large, was arrested Oct. 27 by OCSO and charged with violation of probation on felony charges. Bond was set at $2,500.

• Jason Pittman, 46, Southeast 34th Avenue, was arrested Oct. 27 by OCSO and charged with driving without a license/habitual offender. Bond was set at $2,500.

• Jack Jernigan, 39, Northeast Eighth Way, was arrested Oct. 27 by OCSO and charged with two counts violation of probation on felony charges. He is being held without bond.

• Marcellous Sullivan Jr., 24, Pahokee, was arrested Oct. 27 by OCSO and charged with eight counts giving false information to purchase a weapon. Bond was set at $160,000.

• Darren North, 28, Seville, Fla., was arrested Oct. 26 by OCSO and charged with dealing in stolen property. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Justin Wood, 32, Northwest Fourth Street, was arrested Oct. 26 by OPD and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $10,500.

• Corey Thompson, 23, West Palm, was arrested Oct. 26 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.

• Kurtis Enfinger, 37, Southwest 21st Street, was arrested Oct. 26 by OPD and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,500.

• Brian McCullers, 38, Northwest 318th Street, was arrested Oct. 26 by ONTF and charged with tampering with evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,500.

• Myrna Gonzalez, 70, Northwest Third Lane, was arrested Oct. 26 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.

• Rebecca Botelho, 29, Southeast 12th Avenue, was arrested Oct. 28 by OCSO and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Neal James, 23, Graham, N.C., was arrested Oct. 28 by OCSO and charged with felony battery. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Kimberly James, 53, Chapel Hill, N.C., was arrested Oct. 28 by OCSO and charged with aggravated battery on a person 65 years or older and introducing contraband into a detention facility. Bond was set at $5,500.
